I had a terrible experience GP Funerals Services.  My policy was downgraded without my consent.  The reason given was that there was change of ownership with the structure of the company and that they did inform ALL their old clients but I was never informed.  I joined when they had just started the business early 2000.   I then cancelled my policy in 2020, to my surprise from December 2022 they started deducting from my account again...What kind of business practice is that???  I am now liasing with  insurance ombudsman to report their unfair business practice.  I am not the only one who has a bad experience with Harold and his team.
