Grafton everest..Durban

We bought a seemingly stunning "genuine" leather lounge suite in 2013. We thought buying Grafton Everest meant buying quality. No. This was not the case. We were so convinced of the quality of the lounge suite that we took it with us when we moved to the UK. We have 2 months left to pay off the lounge suite and within the last year, the "genuine leather" in other words, budget plastic has cracked badly in numerous spots, the foam stuffing in the arm rests dissipated into nothingness, and the mechanism on the recliner has broken. Twice. Horribly disappointed in this so called "quality" brand. If you feel like wasting R30 000 on something, I would recommend wasting it elsewhere.

Pathetic After Sales Service. Couches look like RUBBISH after 5 months. Couches that cost R45 000. I had a black leather set for 20 years and was immaculate when I sold it this year. Arrogance of Prega to suggest that it should look like that....when they selling inferior products.

The older lady was very abrupt and unfriendly... really not good for business with that glum face!!! Showroom doesn't have measurements on the items... I always assumed items where made in SA and some degree of customization was possible... apparently not ....

Mystery why this store exists. Unwelcoming staff, uncertain prices and no direct sales. Essentially, you receive an insignificant quote that can be used to source the item elsewhere, without any gaurantee of price.

No feedback or response from this company. Required information from Kimishka and never got a response. Not the same Grafton everest that had an exemplary reputation 20 years ago. Sad

Pathetic service from salesperson with with a lousy attitude. Unbelievable coming from Grafton. Head office should look into this after so many bad reviews

The after sales service is non existence. Customer service is pathethic. For a large company this is disgusting.

Worst service ever!!!And as for quality pls dont waste ur valuable time and money.Would never recommend them ever As for showroom staff ......enuf said
