My mom and I absolutely enjoyed our treatment. The ladies are very nice and friendly, the level of professionalism is top tier!! I can say without a doubt that I have officially joined the grandeur le Clinique family.
I would highly recommend this establishment. We received royal treatment, the atmosphere were tranquil and the staff were so friendly and made us feel like million dollars. Thanks Mpho and Priscilla. We will be back forsure..
Great service, great people, feel brand new after the Ivy drip , feel relaxed after the Indian head massage which put me to sleep

We travelled from Johannesburg to experience the Northern Cape for a weekend with my husband and my son. We then visited this spa and we truly enjoyed treatments offered by friendly therapist. However, as we walked in the spa, on booked time there were three ladies at reception, two ladies looking like therapists and the one looking like the owner/manager of the spa. When we walked in we felt like we were in a wrong place, it was as if the team was not expecting us. One of the ladies a therapist who later did my amazing treatment came to assist us with all the Covid19 procedures, where we were sitting, at the waiting area next to the entrance door. The lady who seemed like the owner/manager of the spa was rather cold, unfriendly and aloof.. She never welcomed us as we walked in there but rather left that role to the therapist who gave their best service. The owner/manager stood behind the counter and talked to us standing by behind the counter as we were sited by the door waiting area. Asking us about the pdf covid19 forms which were emailed to us and we were expected to have printed and completed and sent them back or bring hard copies to the spa. We were staying in a hotel, i don't know how and where we were supposed to print them. she then printed these forms and handed them to us. There were a lot of papers to complete and as my husband was asking for clarity on these forms, the owner/manager just stood there behind the counter, leaving all uncertainty to be addressed by the therapists. in the midst of this, the other therapist came towards us to introduce herself as the lady who had helped with the booking confirmation. at some point during this hostile reception by the owner/manager we thought we would be told that we would not be allowed treatments. my husband even made a joke that at-least we passed the test. He sad this because it really felt like we were being tested and that we were not doing well. Whilst we all understand the challenges, regulations and safety precautions brought about by the Covid 19 pandemic, we still expected a friendly treatment and acknowledgement as guests to her owner/manager establishment especially because she was there. I trust that she takes this positive as she has a beautiful establishment. Clients need a warm and friendly service. I am not sure if would recommend my friends and family. I always enjoy my time at this spa. From the moment you walk in at the reception, to the treatment rooms, you can tell that a lot of love, care and thought was put into the customer experience. This place is starting to feel like my second dweling. A warm, friendly and knowledgeable team at your service from manicures, pedicures, massages, facial, skin treatments etc. you name it. Looking forward to seeing everyone again after the lockdown.
