Very bad customer service, the Manager totally not committed to customers. Bought set high quality gaming headset 24/02/2023, used it last week on 2x occasions finding to be faulty. Do not stay in kby took 200km drive to return them. unhelpful, took a 200km drive to return them as I do not stay in Kimberley
NEVER, buy from this place very very bad service. if you want to struggle then you can buy at incredible but please, everybody, never buy at incredible. horrible bad poor service.
Worst service ever. Only client in the shop. Looking fo a SD card. After waiting for 5 min without any one of the sale perdons shouted I will be with you shortly. After another 3 min I left. Last time zhey will see me. assistance
The service is terrible and the online store even 100x worse as they use the worst courier skynet which delivered my package to the wrong adress then came to deliver it to me all out of the box in a checkers bag
Pathetic service and high level of unprofessionalism. They act as if they doing the shop a favor forgetting they need the job. Iam worried for the brand as for myself will never buy anything in that shop. Manger and subordinates are the same. Whether you speak to Manager or Employee no difference.

I know Incredible connection in Kimberley has had bad reviews and I understand why, but recently I received amazing service from a saleswoman who immediately came to me and assisted me with excellent service. She has a very positive attitude and keeps the costumer happy. 10/10 service from saleswoman Lettie.
This the worst incredibke connection in South-africa. On your cv bad service awards is a must. I only buy there becaus they sell the stuff i want. Service and team is weak. . . Not once but every time i go there. Worst shop in the world. Try and find the staff you want somewhere els. Bad experience
Bad, bad, bad. Want help with installing printer that I bought at their shop. Paid R200 and after an hour of waiting the printer was not even out of the box. Told the manager that her staff is not very helpful, she just shook it of and refunded my installation fee.
Recieved very good service from Ewan , who helped me repair my laptop and got back to me the same day.
