The bathroom had no light when I arrived. Surely this must have been checked by the owner. While load shedding only a candle. Not recommended at all. the room had a musty odour.Rooms: 1/5
Would highly recommend it. Great reception and very friendly people. Lovely service, good and safe parking place. Great location, Spar and Greenacres Mall in walking distance.. I will definitely come back. Very comfortable - home away from home!!

Great location.Spar and Greenacres mall in walking distance..Arlene went out of her way to make our stay comfortable.Room was spacious and neat and staff were very friendly.The only place we will stay if ever we are back in PE.Rooms: 4/5
Love staying at Greenacres Lodge, Arlene welcomes you with open arms and goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and bed very comfortable to sleep in. Definitely recommend staying here.
Room looked dirty, not enough effort went into cleaning rooms, in the height of the coronavirus pandemic one can see visible dirt on the floors, on the complimentary items and on the bathroom door, Room had a very dank unhygienic odor. A little more effort in cleaning will definitely be beneficial.

We loved our stay at Greenacres Lodge. Staff went the extra mile to accommodate all our needs. Excellent service and such a lovely and family-friendly place. We will definitely return.Rooms: 5/5
Wow ,what a nice experience I had at the Green acres Lodge ,it's very clean service is excellent,and I am planning to go again .Nice place to relax with your family or friends.Thank you Arlene you very friendly person and you made me feel welcome .
I also wrote a simular review on TripAdvisor. This was by far the most un-welcomed I ever felt arriving at an establishment. We followed the signs to the reception to find a bewildered looking person at the door shuffling 3 keys in my hand remarking we must sort ourselves out. We arrived at 15:00 on a Saturday and this was clearly not a convenient time. Me and my husbands room had only one towel. The shower worked fine, but a quick YouTube search will assist the cleaners on how to get rid of the mould. The room was otherwise clean but in urgent need of love and tender care. Ladies, there are absolutely no complimentary anything. No shampoo, tissue's not even bags in the dustbins. Absolutely no hairdryer not even from reception. Parking is challenging specially with a big car. The breakfast at R100.00 was sufficient, but pricy no filter coffee. Since we were a group of seven I felt the hostess could assist the cook to speed up the preparation of the breakfast instead of smoking just outside the dining room. I will only consider staying there if I cannot find any place else. The Green Acres Mall is in walking distance and I saw a Intercape intercity bus office just a couple of meters from the lodge
