I bought a silicone sealer that was hard, took it back got a replacement which was hard as well. Craig the manager didn't even acknowledge me just said that they must refund me never mind the 2 extra trips I had to do. Will not go back there again. As I thought nobody even came back to me even though I followed their link. Very bad service.
Visited this store today and the staff was very helpful and they had a great attitude!!
Pathetic service. I live down the road from this branch of MICA but would rather drive a considerable distance and spend my money at a place that prioritises customer service and does not lie to me about delivery times and dates. The best part is that no one really cares about your complaints. From the staff to the manager to the national office. Lesson learnt. Never again.
Just love the helpfull staff they walk the extra mile
One does not have to travel to the malls or into town to purchase much needed DIY items. The prices are spot on and the friendly staff makes it a pleasure to purchase there.
Not impressed. The only specials that was available was braai briquettes. The cashier also did not know what specials are in store. Said she'll ask the manager. No feedback. No pamphlets available to indicate which specials in store. Not impressed at all. Won't go there again.
Surprisingly good Looked a bit dodge from the outside But service was great and they had tape that is arguably better than Duct Tape
Terrible staff service from cashiers to the helpers. Helpers fighting in front of us and not wanting to help each other helping us. I was looking for another hardware around... Bad service for two consecutive days!
Staff are well trained and very helpful. Good atmosphere going. Keep it up Mica Greenfields.
Booo no guys come on now, really bad service here then you guys still try to force me to buy something that I wouldn't be able to use
