They put incorrect prices on the products, you'll find out when you're paying that the product is 15 rands higher than the price on the shelf. They keep products that are expired for 2 months on the shelves too, they know people don't check expiry dates
Horrible and spiteful cashiers, I had to beg for their attention while chatting about how they are feeling cold and they don't own the Spar. I would really recommend a staff training especially the front face. It is bad bad.
i thought it was a decent little spar with fresh produce until I saw a rat running from the fresh fruit and into the frozen food fridges. I was horrified to see that at a supermarket. This is a serious health violation and action must be taken by the manager. A staff member saw the rat and just said that this is not a scarce rat it is very common. So that means that they knew about this matter but no action was taken
What a big surprise for me to find out that this store was closed without any sign or information on the door. So I was between a rock and a closed Spar store
The standard of this shop has since been declining. Cleanliness, staff training on customer care is very low and shop design not user friendly.
From the sales floor staff were busy chatting not even noticing the customers..to the tiils cashier did not even greet me she was busy talking with the other person while serving me. That was a very bad service and experience for today at spar in fleet street
Am so disappointed with the service I got from you guyz the lady who assisted at till point with her attitude, as if she was doing me a favour.
The lady manager is not a very pleasant person. Rather rude on 2 occasions.The shop is not well stocked. Lots not in stock.
Bought chicken from the deli, and by the next day it had fly eggs. Check your hygiene it's disgustingly poor
They are Always out of stock on Promotional goods.... It's a waste of time visiting them
