Highly dissapointed call droppedon in my Ear by a Lady called Sinazo after doing transfer of ownership paid for everything. 3 months down the line documentations needed an extra R3000. When I questioned why was this not acknowledged on the day as the person I was purchasing from is not in Cape Town. And who is at fault?? We paid Huge amounts of money for a smooth transaction and sealing the Deal. Only to find out it is not enough. Still on the wait no response.

Bad experience especially on the update , my clients file Seller been there for months no update , phone calls not working , even cellphone no reply, until buyer walk away still , We have to drive if we need answer , let alone to here the File no longer there been transfer to other Attorneys but still no update , why, how, when , Poor communication I don’t know how they do business ,, I’m afraid

Friendly and delicious staff

We, the Traills, have been trying for more than 6 months to get a property transferred through Gwaza with no luck. They are unresponsive and do not answer their phone. When they do - you speak only to administrators only who does not do as they promise. This is the type of practice that the law society needs to investigate as they are capitalising on a client base without the financial means to challenge them. How disappointing!

Despite multiple attempts to get hold of them. Not a single response.
