Wow! We made a last-minute booking here and from start to finish had an amazing experience. The room was beautiful. The food was amazing. The staff were so friendly. Even with load shedding and other power cuts, they managed to still serve amazing meals and did so with a smile! A special thanks to Gilbert, Memory and Linda for the great service and super spa treatments!

From the time I entered the property, I felt so welcome! I booked the de-stress package at the spa, excluding meals. It was absolute value for money! The full body exfoliation, sauna, massages and facial were absolutely amazing! Exactly what I needed. I was really impressed with the massages but when it comes to nails, some training is needed! She hurt me a few times and was trying to cut my cuticles with a nail clipper! Ouch! The location is beautiful, there was a bit of noise from the water park nearby, but I didn't let it distract from my experience. I will be back

We had a wonderful stay and my only regret was not to be able to stay longer! Gardens are magnificent and the birdlife abundant! Despite heavy rains, the staff went beyond accomodating our needs serving us a romantic dinner in our room equiped with a fireplace. Spa treatments in private garden rooms were a luxurious treat! The food was amazing we had oxtail . If you want to appreciate nature and tranquility, this is definitely the place to go to! We will certainly book again when coming back to South Africa!

That so far is what I am experiencing just ok if it wasn’t for me meeting my family here To make it memorable! The venue is beautiful! Absolutely but omg the shower was disgusting and the lunch we had was not tasteful at all! I am having a spa treatment at the moment and as a salon owner I was very disappointed! Towels dirty, chairs dirty and uncomfortable! The lady who did my feet clearly was not a certified technician very very disappointed !!! It is a beautiful place absolutely but the small things just spoiled it for me !

What a lovely place to stay in. Had a wonderful time and the service was great from the staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Definitely going for another stay.

I had a Great stay, if you want serenity then this is the place for you. A nice hideout away from the city buzz located not so far from jhb north. Stunning place.Rooms: 4/5

What an incredible property and staff. I enjoyed my stay in the south african bush not far from johannesburg ,the spa treatments and the restaurant after that were wonderful. Will go again.Rooms: 5/5

I went for Christmas lunch, and the only good thing about the experience was the live music and the natural setting. Everything else ie the service, the food some of the meat was undercooked was thoroughly disappointing.Service: 1/5

My stay was below average. From the unproffesional reception, to the dirty chair i sat on while completing my spa form. The spa room was soo cramped, the towels were not fresh and clean, the massage oil was not pleasant we couldnt even take photos because it didnt look anything like what is advertised...the room we got was not clean from the deck, to the cushion covers. The food, we got a brownie hard as a rockfor dessert , the main course was brunt oxtail...we left without eating our breakfast that we had paid for because of the unpleasant stay.my money went down the drain, i was highly dissapointed.
