From the moment you arrive at the Manor you are blown away by the beauty of the estate and the Manor House. One inside it is a curated masterpiece. The rooms are exceptional, the staff are outstanding. Nothing is a trouble, any questions I had where answered and anything I could possibly need was sorted for me. Would recommend anyone to pay a visit and be treated to an incredible food journey with a beautiful room to lie down in and digest!!!
We WE ARE // THE CLARKES recently had the pleasure of capturing Amy & Sam's and Laura & Ricky wedding day's at Hampton Manor in Hampton-in-Arden. I must say, I'm always super impressed with this stunning venue and the overall experience. The manor itself is a beautiful blend of classic and contemporary design, with its stunning gardens, grand reception rooms, and cozy bedrooms. The venue's attention to detail is impeccable. From a photography standpoint, I couldn't have asked for a better backdrop for a couple's special day. The abundance of natural light, gorgeous architecture, and picturesque gardens provided endless opportunities for capturing stunning shots. The outdoor spaces are particularly noteworthy, and I was blown away by the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Beyond the aesthetics, all the staff at Hampton Manor are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are incredibly accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure that the wedding day ran smoothly. As a photographer, I appreciate a team that understands the importance of timing and organization, and the staff at Hampton Manor executed everything flawlessly. Overall, I highly recommend Hampton Manor to anyone searching for a venue that delivers on beauty, sophistication, and exceptional service. As a wedding photographer, I can attest that this is one of the best venues I've had the pleasure of working at, and I'm already looking forward to the next opportunity to photograph a wedding there.
We came here for the 2 night foodie package and had the most phenomenal time for our 10th anniversary. It is perfect for relaxing. The staff have thought of everything to make for a luxury stay. The food was delicious, from the breakfast with the special cinnamon buns to the tasting menus, which were exquisite. Need to find a good excuse to come back soon!
I stayed here whilst exhibiting at the NEC for a trade show for 2 nights. I travel a lot for business and often turn up in my 'tradey' outfit, which sometimes in 5 star accommodation like this can cause the staff to be a little.. snooty. However! This would most definitely not the case at all at Hampton Manor; from arrival to departure the staff were incredible. Friendly, helpful, professional. I cannot fault a single thing at this hotel, the room was lovely and the food even in the 'bar' was very nice. We didn't get a chance to try the two fancy restaurants on the grounds, such as Smoke, I wish we did as I've heard very good things. The grounds are beautiful in a very quiet forest apart from the odd plane from Birmingham airport but that isn't so frequent at all. Very nice quaint building with very tasteful décor. 100% would stay again, 100% recommend for business or pleasure.
Throughly enjoyed my stay here, greeted with a warm welcome and guided to our room, where the lady answered any questions and explained breakfast, checkout, etc. Room was beautifully decorated, tea and grind your own beans for extra fresh coffee available. The hotel is situated on beautiful grounds and well worth a little walk around, a map of the grounds can be found in the room. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and tasty. Looking forward to being able to come back for another stay.
A really fantastic experience, the taster menu in Grace and savour was outstanding, with wine carefully chosen to complement the dishes. The informal atmosphere in smoked restaurant was absolutely perfect for a romantic experience. The rooms were absolute perfection, literally every detail taken care of. Breakfast overlooking the beautiful walled garden was equally outstanding. Topped off by a walk around the beautiful grounds. I've stayed in a few 5 star hotels but this one is the best hands down. The staff, the food and the rooms cannot be beaten!
A wonderful celebration for my husband's birthday on New Year's Eve. We had a 2 night stay in the Henrietta Maria and the weekend was fun, relaxed and indulgent. The room was wonderfully comfortable. The only thing I would say is the lighting in the bathroom was not good for shaving or doing make up...but more than made up for by the quirky turret it was located in. The staff are wonderful and Leigh and Alana were very welcoming. The cocktail making event was great fun and we all now realise how difficult it is to invent a new decent cocktail :-. Smoke was excellent. Peels is now closed but the food was very good. Not quite Michelin star but very good nonetheless. The gardens are very pretty and it's a lovely walk. All in all the hotel delivers on the restful, relaxed country house vibe and I would return. Well done
Stunning property and great value for the weekend foodie experience. Michelin restaurant has taken its foot off the gas I would say. Very good but not Michelin star. Room was great, comfortable bed, powerful shower, great size and good view. Lovely walk around the grounds. The Smoke restaurant was excellent great tasting menu and I would say better than their Michelin. Lovely manager at smoke, made our evening. Service wise it just wasn't up to scratch unhappy and unattentive. It was as if the owners were on holiday. We had some food in the room and the plate wasn't removed for over 24 hours even though the turn down service was done and after I removed the plate to outside the room it stayed there over the next night. Breakfast was good although the sausage was undercooked. The ladies on reception were excellent and couldn't help enough. The massages were great. Would highly recommend this place, beautiful setting.
Lovely. Great staff, couldn't do enough for us. Free upgrade in room as it was a birthday treat. Eat at Smoke and had the blind 5 menu. Truly excellent!! Food & drinks: Smoke 3 rosette but near as michelin. Incredible food and wine flight in addition. Staff were excellent and will be going back to try the other Michelin restaurant.
We had a beautiful stay in room 12. The grounds were fantastically kept with no dogs permitted. Really nice walks. The service at breakfast was immaculate on the day that we had it and today in my jimjams coming out to get coffee; nothing was too much. The Gluten Free biscuits in the bedroom were ace! We loved the service with warm heartfelt gestures, even on leaving offering canned water for our journeys back home etc. If you want to stay in and around Solihull without the usual smack bang wallop blah dee blah noise, if you can put up with the planes, this manor is a great choice. Definitely coming back. Thank you for the yellow card degree certificate on checkout We had some bants indeedy Rooms: Delightful Safety: Super safe Walkability: No dogs, no noise, grounds kept beautifully Food & drinks: Gluten Free attentive special mention to the breakfast staff, who took our order and brought the food and drinks to us . Very warm and nothing was too much.
