Terrible service. We ordered a birthday cake 2 weeks before the event. On Thursday night she sent a whatsapp canceling our order of the cake that we expected on that Saturday Morning. She even had the nerve to call me on Friday morning and rudely asked why I had not responded to her whatsapp and that is when I requested a refund, which we also struggled to get, she stopped taking my calls and responding to my messages, we had to go to her shop in order to get our money back and on top of all that she wanted to give us less than what she owed to us and she never even apologized for the inconvenience she caused.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. I placed and order for flowers on Friday and paid the same day. Was promised delivery the very next day Saturday – to date nothing had been delivered. Because I am based in Jhb, I have now had to send the recipients husband to get my refund, and he now has to go out and purchase a gift on my behalf. I cannot believe Anette and her staff could take that special moment away from my friend and I this way. I would really NOT recommend this florist to anyone – ordering online. Unless your physically infront of them to make sure things get done.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Ordered Valentines flowers way in advance and paid the delivery fee of R70. By 15:00 on Valentines the flowers was still not delivered. Manager was also not willing to give me a refund. Will never, ever, even if they have the only flowers in the world make use of them again! Stay well clear.

Great service. Great treat for loved ones when you are not near to spoil them.
