Absolutely fantastic same-day service. I opted for the florist’s choice for a hand-tied bouquet for my sister’s birthday and they arrived in two hours! She is thrilled with them too! Highly recommended.

Flower arrangement requested of ball of wool and knitting needles on a pillow for family member's funeral and we were not disappointed. Arrangement delivered in good time on the morning of the funeral and flowers/trimmings were fresh and very well presented. Just lovely and a fitting tribute. Thank you!

I ordered some flowers online for my mum and was so pleased I chose The Flower Basket. The website was so easy to use, the delivery was prompt, the flowers were beautiful and my message was thoughtfully handwritten onto a card.

Ordered the Autumn Days bouquet last minute for next day delivery. They didn't have the sunflowers in stock so provided lovely alternative stems that were just as pretty. Lovely high quality bouquet and niece loved them. Definitely recommend.

Wanted to send my daughter flowers as a thank you for helping me move to my new flat and was going to use the first web site I found to do so. Then I thought no, let's try and help out someone locally and found The Flower Basket. I am so glad I did this because the flowers were perfect, and my daughter was thrilled with them. Living overseas I sent a panicked message asking if they could help me for the current AM late night for me for them. They replied immediately. Of course they could help. I then had a rapid change of heart with my plans. They were very gracious with my changes. A day later I realised what I needed to send and made my purchase, selecting the best available delivery. I was very impressed to receive an email of delivery notification which also included a photo of my order. My friend was so happy with the beautiful Hydrangea. It was an order with special meaning. Used this florist for the 1st time as it was local to my mums house and due to lockdown I could not visit for mother's day. I was a bit wary of purchasing on line as its nice to see the flowers but I have to say after seeing a photo of them today I am really pleased as they were lovely and the bouquet was to my request and delivered at my requested time too and on a sunday, brilliant! my mum loved them. We have called on The Flower Basket twice recently at short notice regarding flowers for funerals of two dear friends. Nothing was too much trouble for them . Although we didn't get to see the arrangements because of covid restrictions both the families have contacted us to say how beautiful they were. Thank you Wendy. These guys area great! I have used this florist twice, and both times they have delivered to my liking. I placed my order online, Friday evening in the US. My mom emailed me to thank me Saturday afternoon. She has loved everything they have sent her. Very easy online ordering and payment options. Thank you!
