Used to be my gym for two years.Great place to work out in Northdale. Parking is lacking as there are about 15 parking spots to cater for Copper chimney Sabbah and Gym.Lots of tension in the air for parking.New owners have taken oner and it has a fresh look .

Good gym ,reasonably priced especially if you dont intend on been locked into a contract. Has mostly weight training facilities.It also offers fitness classes.
