Not the best looking VA and not in the nicest of areas. But this gym has all that you would need. It's got more squat racks and machines than cascades does. And it doesn't seem to be as busy as cascades. They close at 9pm which is just too early. It's in Victoria centre- you can pop by pnp after your workout if you need to do groceries for instance.
Virgin active pmburg is a disgrace and going to the gym and not bath its not a foos experience. The shower renovation is a one week work but its taking forever.ita disgusting
Great atmosphere, the people slamming heavy weights are good motivation aswell Equipment could be abit updated but otherwise it's great, well done

Please bring back the original cable lat pull down and seated cable row machines!! The new ones are pathetic and useless.
Ladies toilets are dirty. Machines are too old . I was greased all over my gym clothes from machines.
This gym offers a great variety of exercise equipment and other facilities you'd expect from a gym. Their equipment is well maintained and looked after. The pool is a decent size and is very easily accessible from the changing rooms. The bathroom facilities are more than sufficient and are big enough to manage the volume of visitors. Parking can be a little frustrating as the gym shares parking with a lot of other stores.
It ended my best place to be after my home
Fitness club with a decent range of equipment and services. Not quite a premium fitness club - no squash courts, limited equipment, small weights floor, not CrossFit friendly. Has a pool, steamroom, and Kauai.
I went when it was open weekend - a marketing manoeuvre of sorts BUT an initiative I appreciated. This broke hun was able to spend a day with access to decent equipment... In the company of fit folk that are about the lean life and gains. It was refreshing. : ...anyway about the gym. They have a pool, a health restaurant - Kauai, a spinning studio, weights and tons of cardio equipment - even something I call a stairmaster ‍ ooh, when I was in the showers I heard some old ladies speak of a steam room. I think it's a good gym and so my review is the sign you needed to join.
