How can a store not have stock of a basic brown pair? But you can stock so much of the awful bight colours which nobody wants! I waited more than 2 weeks to get any feedback regarding the pair I wanted. Head office is just as bad! Keep up with such poor planning and service and watch even more of your stores close down!
The store is stunning. Great shopfittings. Wide verity of stock. Not much help from the staff. Perhaps a bit unfair seen that there was only one staff member. Nevertheless the store will surely do better if adequately staffed. What a pity because did you know Havaianas were created in Brazil in 1962 and is inspired by the Japanese Zori sandal? The sandal with cloth straps and woven rice straw soles. Havaianas replaced the straw with premium Brazilian rubber, updated the design to look fashionable, and the rest is history! This is why the soles of Havaianas feature a rice grain print; one of the many design details that make Havaianas unique. A trend started where people flipped the white soles of their Havi’s upside down to create thongs of a single colour. After observing this trend, Havaianas introduced single coloured styles and launched their first ever printed style featuring a hibiscus flower.
Great variety in all the sizes. Good service. Nice location. I would like to mention that I was met with friendliness and some... No ... Quite a few attractive and affordable Havaianas.
Arrived from Ballito at 19:53 and they shut the doors on us closing time guys is 20:00. We said we know the shoes we wanted and just asked to grab and pay.......but apparently when you don’t own the shop, you clearly cannot care.
Bought a pair of havaianas back in December. Only started wearing them 4 days ago around the house and they have already broken. Poor quality
My first pair lasted nearly two years. The 2nd pair 11 months. My third pair, an Xmas present broke after 10 months. I only wear them on weekends, so 80 days of use. I sadly probably won't buy them again.
Bought a pair of flip flops and it got cut and when I tried to return it they did not want to refund it won't purchase another pair.

This is undeniably the most unhelpful shop with the rudest staff ever!! Rather go to La Lucia or order online.....
Service was rubbish. Going to by from somewhere else and have them shipped.
