Gateway service is always good however today a guy called Themba gave me the worst customer experience, he was so rude when I asked him to check for me which store has the size i required he said Richard's Bay is the only store that has the size and no other branch has it, forced me to take shoes I clearly said I don't want, luckily Lwazi came to my rescue coz he saw when I was leaving I was unhappy he told me CBD has the size and I went there and got my size. Thank you Lwazi

I was surprised that shop can sell shoes wich one of them are dirty because long time has been standing on exhibition . Literally one of shoe is blue one is black because of dirt. Shop are not flexible with discount while their production is defected this time was dirty . They refused make discount so they went to wash shoes wich is funny thing while you buy new item Already washed by shop So be careful if you don’t wanna appear in similar situation.
