Don't trust the sales team for specialist cables. You need to go in and physically check the cable for yourself. I was mislead in my purchase. **EDIT - Response to Owners reply : I've noticed that your product page has been updated since our last interaction. I did indeed send an email to your sales team, specifically asking them to confirm that these are USB3.0 cables. Your invoice also indicates that these are USB3.0 cables. I would have preferred if you had taken responsibility, admitted your mistake, and trained your team, rather than accusing a customer of lying. Given this response, I'm comfortable maintaining my one-star rating.

I use HD Cabling every now and again in emergencies. They have a nice little shop but it feels cramped inside and the prices are a little high. Otherwise I would use them a lot more.
