Sales person intentionally sold me a defective fridge returned by someone else under the impression that it was just a scratch on the side door when the actual problem is poor suction on the freezer door. My whole floor gets wet! R10 000 for nonsense and now I must pay to return the old fridge and get a new one? Another R1300??? Nonsense. I’m not coming back here. Customer care is very poor. One week later and still nothing. I’m sitting with a leaking fridge. Look at that door???? I’m really disappointed in Hifi corp Boksburg. I’m good a take this fridge and dump it at their door.

Absolutely terrible service, their sales staff only seem to care about people buying expensive equipment. Arrived and stood there for more than 10 minutes, I then went to the security at the entrance and asked if he could find somebody to help me at the cellphone section. There was a cellphone on special that I was interested in buying. Well, I never ended up buying it as they are useless at explaining things. Long story short, I will never be spending a dime there ever again as they obviously don't care about my small spending and would rather sell a R20000 TV!!!!!

Honestly the only issue was that I phoned their offices in order to confirm stock availability prior to driving through, however on reaching the store I was told there is no stock of the item that I was interested in and the sales person did not seem to care. I eventually went to the manager and she gave me discount on a similar product in order to make up for the inconvenience. Manager gets 5 starts but the consultant was more interested in the pretty lady in the store then in my problem.

Service not up to ideal standards, was shopping for a swan breakfast pack, they just stood there watching me roam around until I had to ask someone who can assist. The guy responsible for the department came from across the store. Whereas the entire 10min I took roaming I had not seen him.

Staff are totally useless and oblivious to anything happening around them. Overcharged, I had to get the price tag from the shop floor myself to prove the price to the incompetent cashier. Waited half an hour on the phone for someone to confirm that there is an item in stock, eventually I hung up. I feel sorry for whoever owns this business.

We bought a dishwasher. Great service and we love our new Bosch dishwasher. They were a bit slow to respond with our free gift but we eventually did receive it, thank you

I am very discussed with the service. I have tried to talk to some in your customer care.....HAHAHAHA for 4 days now. I have left messages and no one bothers to contact me. I have a problem my JVC TV and just not getting help

NEVER EVER again will I buy from this shop. This business has absolutely no idea of good customer service. Some of the staff members are rude, unprofessional and the manager has an arrogant attitude, which is just an inappropriate behaviour. You don't treat customers like that. The CUSTOMER IS KING - FAR FROM IT! The music in the shop is played so loud, that you can't hear yourself speaking. With the ongoing revamp I was scared, getting hit by ceiling panels or stumble upon any cables, which are all over the floor. Further than that I wouldn't like to buy any device with all the dirt and dust. No, thank you.

I walked in, through the shop to the Cashiers looking for assistance but the 3 or 4 people on the floor were occupied with mobile phone calls, and turned to walk away from me when approached! So I left..

Terrible service!!!! , bought a MiTv Stick in December last year, withing 6 mnt it's not connecting to TV, when I took it in to get repaired, longgggg stories.... Same day on the 6 June bought another one, also defected, took both in for repairs, got told it takes up to 21 days and refuse to book one in because I didn't keep the receipt.The unit price went up Dec 2021 selling R 899/ June selling R 1299. Money down the drain!!
