I’ve been to my fair share of dentist in Port Elizabeth and surrounding towns and Dr Roelof Meurs has been the best by far. I was assisted before my appointment and the service was great. I had composite bonding work done on my teeth and it was the best work I’ve ever had done. Both the Dr and the Assistant were exceptional and very friendly. Will definitely be my resident dental practice.
This Practice is very rough in the mouth. I do not recommend going there. I went to get 2 basic fillings and they have caused more damage than good, I cannot eat nor can I drink cold foods near those teeth. Before I was just alittle sensitive to cold liquids but now I cannot eat or even Chew food on the tooth! When I left after they had worked on the teeth it had extremely rough edges with lots of sharp points. I made them aware and their answer was it will wear down by itself. All in all it was a private job and I feel as if I was just taken advantage of and that it was a rush job with no care as to this is someone’s mouth and they have to live with. Please don’t make the mistake I made by giving them a chance. Do not Recommend!
Doctor Potgieter is a GENIUS! And in addition - if you have a TMJ problem causing unexplained earache, throat pain, tongue pain and general discomfort, go to Dr Potgieter. The reception staff are amazing and friendly. HIGHLY recommended!!
Dr. Fourie is an excellent dentist. He discovered so many serious issues that other dentists overlooked which led to problems for me and my children. He explains everything so well and takes his time. My 3 year old had a lip tie released under sedation and the experience was amazing. I was so anxious leading up to the surgery. But the anesthetist and Dr. Fourie did an excellent job. My daughter was asleep before they put the needle in her hand. She woke up not believing me that she had the surgery and has hardly any pain.
I highly recommend Dentists at Health! I saw Dr T. van der Merwe and have been back two times since. She is an exceptional dentist, highly skilled and professional. She also resolved all of my issues first time. The reception is also brilliant and provide excellent customer service with not one but two curtesy check up calls after your service. Thank you Dr van der Merwe!
My 6 year old son had a tooth ache emergency! Not only did they fit us in that same afternoon, Dr Meurs was so patient and kind, as was his lovely assistant!! Blown away by the incredible service!! thank you SO SO much!! Bringing the entire family!! thanks again!!
This was an unimaginable dentist appointment! Coming from someone who's terrified of dentists. I'm talking about highly professional service all around. I felt 120% safe and comfortable. I felt safe to ask all my neurotic questions and I was soothed with friendly reassurance. I received gentle care on my teeth and had done exactly what I asked for! I HIGHLY recommend this practice and their dentists. This would be my first choice every time. Thank you Dr. Roelof Meurs
Dr Portgieter's professionalism, knowledge, technology savvy, artistry, skill, communication, workmanship and friendliness has no equal. I am yet to meet his match in this profession. Higly recomemded.
Dr Meurs is brilliant. Very patient and kind. The reception staff are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
