Is there an option for 10stars? Best Chiro since sliced bread! His personal experience/knowledge referring to shin splints ensures complete confidence in his analysis and treatment. I went for one session before an ultra and ran 56km without any pain thanks to a unique strapping technique that you’ll only find visiting Tristan! Went for a 2nd session where he focused on adjusting not only the point of pain, but with a holistic approach targeting every little restriction in the whole body. Felt the best I’ve ever felt walking out his of his office.
Dr Koekemoer treated me during my first chiropractic appointment. He took his time to understand my needs and concerns. He showcased his knowledge by thoroughly explaining the process and patiently answered any further questions I had. The experience was professional and pleasant - I highly recommend Just Mov3 Chiropractic Cape Town.
Ive been having monthly appointments with Dr Koekemoer for a recurring shoulder issue. He is a very polite, professional and knowledgeable! Over the last few weeks of seeing him my shoulder pain has decreased significantly. It's easy to chat with him as he is an athlete too, so he understands how movement can be difficult for me when doing certain physical activity. Highly recommended.
