Fitness Indicator Test – FIT
• Takes on average 7 minutes
• The participant only works at 50% of their maximum fitness level
• Safe for all to implement, and everyone can participate
• FIT can be performed in the workplace so the participant dedicates
less time to participate.
• The test values provide a measured fitness level that is important
from a health perspective (standard figure), a labor perspective
(occupational requirement)
