I appreciate the structure of the clinical platform very much and find it easy to use, however I had an issue every single day with error messages , problems saving, the programme freezing  and notes being lost when I refreshed.  My contact details were entered incorrectly with typos in my email address which ended up a disaster when I sent a bulk email out to patients.  It has taken over 2 months to get my practice number entered correctly and as such I still cannot receive blood results on the clinical platform and my blood results are going to another practices platform, despite many emails and calls having been made. This is still not resolved.  Zero accountability from the support person who is in a meeting whenever I call and she hasn't returned my messages for weeks. . Sorry. Major fail on all counts and I am canceling my subscription

I am new to the electronic  claiming process, however i have found  that this system is fairly easy to useonce you use it enough, my claims go to the medical aid immediately and i get feedback from them in  minutes. I especially LOVE the benefit check functionality, as it give me at least that 99.99% assurance that my patients have funds available, which decreases the risk by at least 80% of submitting a claim to the scheme when the patient has no funds. The support  from my Business consultant is amazing, she is always available to assist me and she is very friendly.

I'm using MyMPS and very happy with how the system allows me to patient and keep track of patient information and claims submitted.I no longer have to use a spreadsheet to keep track of my payments, which i can now do automatically via the system, cutting my capturing time by a whole day. I would ususally have to dedicate a whole day to dealing with payments but now it's all done automatically by the system. The support is very helpful in that it's not a once off training and I was assisted step by step by my BC, until i was comfortable and confident with the system and able to use it on my own.

i use MyMPs and it has  assisted me in increasing the money i get in , because i can now treat medical aid patients and submit their claims directly to the medical aids. When you claim the claims go directly to the scheme within seconds and i get an immediate response  as well. Whenever i have an issue they notify me within minutes if there are any issues with the server or any like that, i am very happy with the overall support.

the system is very efficient for us, it makes the work very easy as it gives guide lines on everything. I don't have to think so much about the diagnosis it gives clues, Im quite happy for now about the service. It also saves me a lot of time as i can send claims instantly within 5 or less minutes as apposed to day or two with paper claim submissions.

The customer service is brilliant. I use myMPS, I like the claiming process, it's very user friendly and is better than the manual process. The calendar is very beneficial in that we can send the reminder sms's to patients and the ability to send the patients invoices.

I am currently using myMPS and the system doesn't give me headaches or a runaround , it's very user friendly. Even my network data consumption has decreased by 50% because i don't have to do updates all the time as the system in cloud based and updated are done automatically. The patient demographics aren't as tedious to add as the previous systems. It's also cool to have the benefit check functionality. Zerolly BC/support person, is always willing to assist and is always available to assist and is always able to cheer me up. "Mood on a 100%". I would highly recommend Healthbridge to any provider 5/5

It is amazing! I see mostly outpatients in my rooms and some inpatients as my rooms are right next to the private hospital. I don't have a receptionist so I do all my admin myself and it is so easy and convenient to stay up to date with admin. It is easy to see which claims have been paid and if it was rejected why it was
