Let's get to the heart of nutrition! We are here to bring health to you! You are what you eat, right? So let's do it healthily!

We will bring you frequent posts with health tips and info. We do health talks, facilitate wellness programs at businesses, schools and where ever you are. We also do private sessions and diets.

We are located in Heidelberg and work in Springs on certain days, but we are also willing to travel to other areas for events.

Do you know when you see pictures online and on social media and you think there is no way the food really looks this and also tastes as good as it looks? I can just say, this was some of the best food I had this year! The flavour was incredible, the presentation was unbelievable and the service was lovely. Portion size was really good. The location is perfect with a good view. If you like oriental/middle eastern flavours, you will absolutely love it. Finally a bowl that wasn‘t blend. I can only recommend!!

My new favourite brunch spot in Heidelberg! By far the best fruit and veggies bowls and smoothies, with many many vegan options too. The restaurant got a really cool and chilled vibe and the food is of excellent quality - everything is extremely fresh and simply delicious. The service is amazing and the owners put so much effort and passion into the creation & presentation of the dishes - it’s honestly such a nice place and they truly deserve all the great feedback. Plus everything looks so so pretty, how can you not love it : Will definitely be back and try the whole menu :

Restaurant is relatively new, not older than two years. It is quite small but very lovely decorated. A cozy place with great vegetarian and i would say vegan food too. Friendly personal on top of that, can really recommend giving this one a try!

Lovely small cafe with a calm atmosphere. The food and drinks were great food quality with a good number of vegan and vegetarian options. Staff were also friendly and attentive. Food came out fairly quickly and was made fresh. Good menu, healthy, but also tasty. A big list of fresh juices and smoothies. The spot is a little hidden. Prices are quite fair! Portions are really huge! Also, I loved the plates. Very colorful. Would go again and recommend! The only thing that it’s not possible to pay by card. Cash only.

We were seated inside, we could see people waiting for a seat. Suddenly they turned some rubbish music up so loud we couldn't hear ourselves. This was definitely a rude ploy to get us to leave, which we did gladly, the food was presented well but you don't get much. Nearly 15euro for 3 falafels and a lot of lettuce. And then they don't accept card, cash only, it's 2023! Overall a disgusting experience!

When we arrived we asked if we could take place and the waitress answered very rudely that there was no chair left. After that we waited almost an hour and a half and than we got the wrong burgers. We told the staff about it but they said there was no mistake, even though the ingredients were clearly wrong. We have complained before paying and the guy was really arrogant and didn’t even admit the mistake. Waiting would have been fine if the customer service hadn’t been so rude.

Such an amazing experience!  Delicious food with lots of vegan options, wonderful service and a cute location. They even trusted me to walk to the Bank and get money to pay the Bill Can't pay with a Card You can tell that they put a lot of effort in their restaurant and that deserves my support. Will definitely come back!

Juices and smoothies are great, but the real star of the show - bowls - are very disappointing. Haven't tasted something this bland in a while. We've tried two different bowls, both lacking... Simply salt, and then other whatever additional spices. Chicken was very dry, rice and other bases - tasteless. The portion was huge though, so if it's something you're looking for, then perhaps it's an option. Also, humus as starter was really delicious, but it was served with the cheapest wrap bread from a supermarket - it diminished the whole dish.

It’s a small lovely shop next to the historic bridge. They have delicious fresh juices, I tried Nairobi and I loved it I do really recommend.
