Charlene Brett provided my mother who is hard of hearing with one trial set of hearing aids, which seemed to be made for her. They were perfect, from the colour, to the design, the fit behind the ear, the look and the sound. Mother is quite transformed. With the hearing aids, she is able to engage with us in her usual relaxed, natural and easy manner again. The change was quite dramatic in my opinion. Charlene Brett was fast, efficient and professional. I can highly recommend her. No question was too much trouble for her to answer. We are delighted with both Charlene Brett's excellent service and with this technology that can make such a profound change to one's life.
Oticon hearing aids are the best. She is able to hear and use her cellphone to make calls. Using the App on the phone it helps to track the hearing aids when they are lost, increase volume and most of all to be notified when batteries are down to 10% Oticon batteries are the best. They last 6days as opposed to other brands that we buy from the shops that only last 3days. She can now listen to her audio books. Our audiologist Charlene Brett is an absolute wonderful soul. Telling us about the latest ways of improving the hearing using advanced Devices. Best experience taking the earring test and sorting out the hearing aids. Very effective We wouldn’t have been able to get our hearing freedom without her.
I just received my new Starkey hearing aid and I been using it with all the new features. It’s very friendly to use unbelievable the sound quality and the quality everyone con hear you wile talking on your phone. The translation capabilities are amazing. Thanks Charlene for introducing me to Starkey.
Charlene has been helpful and understanding and even makes time to see me after hours because of my work schedule. She is always available to give advice and I personally can hear substantially better after 20 plus years of struggling to hear because of damage done during surgery. Charlene even contacts me to find out how the hearing aids are performing and to update me on new innovations. It's been a game-changer.

I have to get use to inserting the aids into my ears they are so small and delicate. The sound is wonderful. Great clarity in listening to music through blue tooth. Find that hearing is louder in the left ear than the right. How do I rectify
