Meet Tamsin Geddes:
Tamsin Geddes is a healthcare practitioner, specializing as an Audiologist in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
Background:
Tamsin was born in Zimbabwe and educated in KwaZulu-Natal (secondary education) and Cape Town (tertiary education).
Qualifications and experience:
Tamsin has been trained to diagnose, manage and treat hearing, tinnitus and balance problems in individuals of all ages. Besides completing her degree in audiology, as well as obtaining a special license to practise vestibular (balance) assessment and therapy from the University of Cape Town, she has gained valuable experience in both the public and private sector. Her experience covers work with babies, children, adolescents and adults.
Tamsin is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Independent Practitioner and has been practising since 2009.
Tamsin is currently studying towards a certificate in Community Art Counseling Training through the Art Therapy Centre and plans to study towards a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Intervention next year.
