My son had a flu vaccine given to him 2weeks ago and a week later he started vomiting skin rash the entire body his mouth turned red and had pimples on his tongue his throat was sore and his stools were loose. Took him back and was given repivate for body zinc syrup and multi vitamins and was told to use them as he was reacting to the vaccine. Since that day things got worse and Dischem told me to take him to the Doctor. I'm so afraid of clinics now no explanation of ghe vaccine and after effects and even treatment its limited its sad how Government institutions have no care about people and especially kids . If that was explained to me prior the injection I would have rejected

This rating is not for the clinic but rather for the nurse Dineo, she really takes her time to assist her patients she may look full of herself but once in consultation she is awesome, thank you for the great work you do sis Dineo

What a horrible experience. You will wait for hours with no assistance and no communication. The clinic opens late, so be prepared to wait in the line. Wouldn't recommend.

Came here around 6am... I believe the clinic opens at 8 am, 1 hour 30 after the clinic opened not even one person has been assisted Yet you see staff members on their phones and laughing. Can this be looked upon

Worst clinic I've ever been to. Poor service, waited for 5 hours for a nurse to attend me and I ended up just leaving. If there was a zero rating I'd give them a zero.

I waited for more than 1 to do family planning and ended up leaving without assistance. The nurse that was checking blood pressure is so rude

Cleaners act like the Minister of Health.Nurses are rude and moody.Reception people are always on their phones.The doctors are nice though and also the wifi is great

Cleaners act like nurses get help after 5 hours of waiting to get help being stood up go there sit there stand up ...nurses walk around slowly as if they don't have patients waiting ...while others are committed if only they wore their name tags to report rotten ones

The staff at the reception just don't care, I had emergency but no one dare to talk to me, all they do its to argue among themselves. The fact that I have an emergency they just don't care.
