Only once in my life have I had such bad service. +- 10 years ago, guess what?? From same service provider. More concerned about money than my problem. Disgusting.

Thank you for the excellent and professional service I received from your Saxby rooms. I am astonished to not only hear how loud the noise of the finches in my garden is, but unfortunately also the irritating sound of the mole-krickets on my lawn! Most of all being able to enjoy again the delightful 5th Piano Concerto of Beethoven. After losing 3 of my previous hearing aids, I trust that thrice done is enough!

I was referred to Yolande by a friend. As a speaker, trainer and consultant, I needed to speak to someone who would give me objective advice. Yolande exceeded all my expectations. She is a complete professional. She even opened up for me on a Saturday to help me get setup, before I went on a overseas trip. I recommend Yolande without hesitation.
