Beautiful mosque, beautiful community and a establishment loved by many.
The first mosque you will see on the N2 coming from the airport. Very community orientated with a daily feeding scheme servicing the broader community of Heideveld and the surroundings and includes an Eid feeding project. It has a Jumuah program and has separate salaah facilities for women upstairs and wheel chair friendly. Wudu facilities available. Strict Covid regulations adhered to for all salaah times. It offers various free classes at night from fiqh to janazah fully fletched janazah - maayit washing and prep facility and burial society , marriage classes and Quraan recital classes for beginners too on a Sunday morning. Salatul layl programme once a month. Youth thikr programon Thurs nights. It has a fully operation madrassah on the premises from Mon - Thurs afternoons. Fitrah and fidyah outlet during month of Ramadaan. Facilitates the '2 Eidul Adhaa's. Includes Qurbaani facility during Eidul Adha period..It has an onsite hall with a kitchen to hire for functions. Inside parking available with security. A very active masjied, Now has a sustainable garden on-site.
Went to Parking Yard there. Was a nice friendly and easy start to my parking lessons. They charge R35 per hour to use the yard. So you kill 2 birds with one stone. You use the space and support the running of the Masjid.
It is the 1st mosque one sees coming from the CT airport towards town. It has been repainted and has had an alteration to its mighrab area and ablution area. I attended a salatul Layl program where a 21yr old hafeeth, Eesa Kader recited the entire Quran from 8.30pm to Fajr! MashaAllah.
Very nice place to visit very peacefull and they have a young vibrant Chairman. Very friendly and an easy guy to talk to.Shg Toyer one of the Imaams at the Masjied is always smiling when he greets you and always cracks a joke.very tranquil nice to sit between Maghrib and Eshaa.
Went there for Jumuah. Excellent lecture. Beautiful recitation. Alghamdulillah.
Place of tranquility and the musalies are like family but the entrance of men and females should be separated theirs too much intermingling of the two sexes
Most spiritual experience, salaah tul layl. Shukran
