Didn't like being monitored because of the speed, but they have their rules and we have to respect them, besides that, Petrus it's a fantastic person, nothing to point him, I wish that there were more people like him

Absolutely no response from customer service whatsoever.  Got the order wrong and delayed us by over an hour on our tight itinerary.  Completely unhelpful head office, unprofessional.  Man at the kiosk at the airport really tried but "management" was totally unco-operative.  Will never use Hertz again - many alternative options.

It is very useful and reliable
