I stood for more than 30 minutes waiting for assistance and there was no one at the reception.

19:13 No UPS so, with load shedding I’ve been waiting 90 minutes and still Fist Car rental is unable to take payment and release a car. I still have a 2 1/2 hour drive!!

I came across a very friendly team at first car rental from the rental agent to the drivers. They are so passionate in what they are doing and always eager to help.

Service was efficient a d friendly

Booked a   with scratches a then they say it's me at Bluu

I did get best service ever n all my money  was refundable within 2 working days

Alllocated a car I could not drive. Hade to complaine soo it could be changed.

Service of them was excellent ddn't expect that really very very very good 100%

We waited for more than 30 minutes for our car...then it was not the one we requested and the one they gave us was not even properly cleaned!
