Rented a car on Monday morning for travelling to Christiana and around Kimberley for 2 days, there was a fault with the aircon of the car, it was blowing hot air regardless of the aircon being switched on or off, being turned to cold or hot, we thereof had to drive with the windows open for our trip to Christiana and back to Kimberley. Arrived back in Kimberley early Monday afternoon and went back to Europecar in order to exchange the faulty aircon car we have for another, we were told they are low on car availability in the same class, when asked if we can perhaps get a car on the next class, it was sort of just ignored, we were told they will phone us, needless to say we had to keep the faulty car and returned it this morning Wednesday for our morning flight back. We never received that call. The situation was just poorly handled from a customer service experience, just got the feeling that helping us out is just too much of an effort.

Always a pleasure dealing with with the Kimberley Branch,  was a very lucky human to recieve a upgrade due to no group B cars being availible.  The Vehicle recieved was a fortuner with some damage as stated by the gents upon pickup.  Only concern is if the car was gone through properly as i found some trash in the car from whoever had it before be, the rear seats were all over the show and not put back properly.

Got great deal though my travel platform

Europcar doesn't answer theirt phone just before 6pm on a Tuesday!  Grrr

Been waiting for a car for over an hour. Horrible service!
