Booked trailer day before, lights does not work. Closes 11 on Saturday and give you 15min to return on Sunday wil not hire a trailer there again

Hired a trailer for my mothers funeral. Booking collection went well. Not so when returning the trailer on the Sunday after the funeral, note a service you PAY for! Had agreed 4pm drop off and notified manager at 15:15 on my way and will be on time. At 15:55 he phones says 10min out. At 16:15 I phone he says again 10min. At 16:30 i phone he still says 10min. He arrives 16:43 noting he has a family life also as his excuse. Being late is one thing, lying 3 times in 1 hour means this is not a business to trust. The fact they think they do u favours for services u pay for says a lot of how they run things. Imagine having to resolve a serious matter with them. Cant recommend at all!!
