Wow, such the baddest transport I've used. I would rate negative star if possible. Time consuming. Have to wait 2 HOURS for a bus.

As a student transport service, they're doing a poor job. I have too many experiences where I'd been made to wait more than an hour for the transport to pick me up. This to me makes them unreliable as a lot of my time has been wasted.

Absolute worse service ! Was picked up 2 hours late, and then the driver forgot to fetch me again stranding me in Khayelitsha and although I was continuously promised another driver was on his way to collect me, after 3 hours of waiting no one pitched. Still waiting on an apology from management. Horrid service, and poorly co-ordinated and managed!

Employees don’t have customer service training clearly, everytime I use their services I feel like I’m being done a favor

Very organized organization, safe to travel with and takes to continously improve their services. They are a fairly large company buy they know how to value customer feedback genuinely respond positively towards it. They are one of those proudly SA companies that exist to make a difference on our roads and transportation in Western Cape.

This is now the best way to travel with HG Travel. Their Head Office is so well orginized with transport. Affordable luxury

They pitch up when they feel like it. You're deep trouble if you're a Nursing student you'll probably get home in the dark. . .if they feel like picking you up. Very unprofessional staff.

The drivers are so arrogant. They act like you're asking for a lift from their personal cars. They don't seem to have had any training or knowledge about customer service. The mixed race Catsville residence driver will legit leave students to wait for an hour while he goes to res with an empty bus. The Catsville buses are never on time and seemingly there's no one supervising the drivers to keep track of whether or not students are picked. They come whenever they want and leave whenever they want, never follows the schedule.

Very reliable and brilliant service. Everything is on its place and drivers are very professional
