Deserves 0 stars. I paid fully for the limo service for my wedding day. Limo broke down before even arriving to pick up my wife. Service was not delivered at all. No refund was paid as promised and as per terms and conditions. Currently following legal route to obtain my refund. I would recommend others not to make use of them as they are not professional at all nor trustworthy.

One star isn’t still too much! Booked and paid well in advance.. Shanaas then said they no longer doing the platters so I had to order elsewhere then she cancelled 3 business days before my event and still said she will do the refund when she’s not busy because we are in no place to make demands. Rude and worst service ever! Save yourself the trauma and avoid using this company

Limo broke down on route, finally the broken down limo came limping along, but was so old. It needed a service, it shabby and poor condition and couldn't drive. They had another limo on route, then we had to take the matric kids to meet the limo. On route to meet the limo they had more excuses. In the end the kids jumped into minibus taxi. I asked them to refund the same evening. She told me to not be unreasonable. Let's see what tomorrow holds. What a huge disappointment

This is the most pathetic Limo service ever... SHenaas is the worst receptionist or whatever she calls herself. This is place has no customer service whatsoever. Reading reviews which goes back 8years ago of people struggling to get their money back due to their limo breakdowns. I mean are we still breaking down after 8 years.no this service is horrible to mention the least. Its 2022 and here we still struggling to get money back. This is definitely a fraudster!! She has no decency or and manners of speaking to clients. I am disgusted out of my core of this horrible service!!!

The white Mercedes limo is so old and tired. Smokes diesel into the cabin. Sunroof broken, windows don't work. It battles to go up hills. Klanking noises. Didn't feel safe and could walk faster next to it up slight inclines. Paid R2000 plus tip for 2 hours. Bit sad. The drivers were great. Very cordial and sweet. Deposit refund not timeous. Decent enough inside the car but it desperately needs a service or something. We had people laughing at us at robots as we chugged along with diesel billowing and klunking sounds. Not the fancy experience we were hoping for.

Shocking service. The Limo broke down before even getting to the pick up point, the car itself is not in a good condition and then the company wants to refuse to refund the money for a service that never happened. Stay away from this company!!

Thanks sooo much for a great experience. Shanaaz was great with following up on everything beforehand and our driver Lance was a real pro. Always on time, always making sure about what we wanted or needed, making sure we got into and out of the clubs savely and for having the world of patients with us at the end of a long evening. It was a great limo and Would recommend them anytime.

This limo service is terrible. Provided a limo for our wedding day and it broke down, the replacement also broke down.

I am very disgusted by the unprofessional services received from Royal Limousine Services. Firstly they arrived late for pick up. I am battling to get MY money Royal Limousine Services owe me! Royal Limousine Services informed me that they would pay the money back to me but only on the 20th November 2012 due to the fact that they do payments on that day, which I was ok with.One the 20 November NO payment was made... I was then informed payment will only be made on the following month - This was NOT what was agreed. I called and spoke the their Sales lady who could kept saying she can not assist me I have to speak to the "Lady in finance' when asked for the 'lady in finances' contact details I was told she's "not at liberty to give that information" - HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO SPEAK TO THE "LADY IN FINANCE IF I CANT GET HER CONTACT DETAILS? Terrible terrible work ethics & bad services!!!

After struggling for weeks to get our money back from this company with no luck - we just want to warn other people about this DODGY company, so that the same thing doesn't happen to them. The driver who was meant to come and collect us turned his phone off and we were left stranded in CT. They made us send our phone records as proof which we did and promised to refund us the same day - nearly a month later we are still waiting. They haven't even refunded our damage deposit. We have phoned them so many times and they are constantly ducking our calls - Shanaaz is a PRO at this!! DONT USE ROYAL LIMOUSINE SERVICES!!
