Amazing store and customer service. Mahesh and team is very efficient and friendly. Assisted me with my purchases and and after service. When I needed to return an item there was hassles as they quickly resolved my issue. I made another purchase today. Best customer experience. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Derrick from Warehouse/ Dispatch department was very helpful and professional on the phone when I called the store concerning our new Smart TV remote controller. Precious from Customer Service department went all out to assist us and rectified the remote controller issue when we came back to the store. They both stole my heart with their great customer service skills.

Only giving 2 stars because of the staff member on the floor who assisted me, he was helpful, otherwise would give one star. When I managed to choose the microwave I wanted to buy, it was not in stock. I then moved on to look for a toaster and found the one I wanted to buy. It was also out of stock. It seems they keep demos on the floor yet they don't have stock, which is very frustrating for me as a customer. The supervisor/ manager in charge was of no assistance at all, didn't show any concern that I was dissatisfied as a customer.

Mr Mahesh was very friendly and welcoming. Best customer service from an old man. Making a decision about my purchase was easy because of his professional help, he never judged me. I couldn’t even feel that I bought a 15K laptop. He is the legend.

Terrible service. Staff would rather chat about other customers in front of you than serve you. Will not be back again.

With load shedding getting worse, I bought myself a battery inverter from another supplier last year. Sadly, they ran out of stock, so I couldn't get for my staff. I looked around, and I saw that Hifi Corp had one on special, so I called them to confirm if they had stock. So often I am disappointed in the service received in South Africa, but I'm writing this review, because I was pleasantly surprised. A gentleman named Mahendran sorry if I've spelt the name slightly incorrectly assisted me. He phoned me to confirm the functionality, he confirmed the stock and when I should pick it up. When I arrived at the store, he had everything ready. All he had to do was get it from the warehouse. Hifi Corp honored the special price,. Mahendran carried it for me. He really went above and beyond. Excellent job! I'm really impressed with the service. Thank you.

I have only had excellent service from Hifi Corp Springfield. I bought and had to return a faulty speaker system and they couldn’t have been more helpful. It was fully replaced under warranty. Friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

Sonke and I very happy with Mahesh's advice on the laptop, printer and anti-virus. Overall, I was worried about not being able to get a Rayzen processor, other than online options. A wider range really helped with our decision making. Thanks a million, the service was exceptional.

Without Mahesh, this would be just another electronics store. I was fortunate to eventually be served by this wonderfully well mannered and patient gentleman. He helped us identify the correct product and patiently took us through buying other menial accessories that we needed. Even giving us his personal mobile number to call should we experience any challenges setting up the equipment we bought.
