I went to the Love at First Bite food demomstrationt. hosted by Hirsch. It was good, however the host should have had a speaker or a mouthpiece. We couldn't hear in the back. Alternatively, they should have had a TV screen, as it was difficult to hear or see. Otherwise the rest was good. Professional, Polite and interactive.
Very disappointed with Hirsch, these salesmen are liars. They advised me to purchase a loyalty card, which you have to pay for by the way. We purchased a fridge on a double loyalty weekend 4%, and they have still not loaded it on the loyalty card ..... Almost 4 weeks later!!! This is a load of hogwash. Their loyalty program is not worth the salesmans word or the reputation of Hirsch.
Went in on Sun 16th Oct 2022,was treated like a goddess.Huge thanks, kudos to Dominic & Firelli. Am so thrilled with my appliances. Exemplary service as well as the delivery team. Thanks team.
Pathetic after sales service. Bought a Whirlpool ceramic hob on Friday. Connected it and it was tripping my Earth Leakage. Took it back to the store and Monday and was told by the manager Preggie Govender to take the item back and book a service call. They refused to refund me or credit me. They day this is their policy which leads me to believe that Hirsch is selling defective items.
Excellent, professional service from Nishka. Love my new Whirlpool 8 kg dryer. Has so many different features for different clothing. Hirsch's really have so many different, beautiful appliances to choose from. If you cannot find what you looking for, I am sure you will find it at Hirsch's.
I phoned to ask if they have stock of a certain item. They transferred me 3 times and noone could just answer a simple question, yes or no. I hope they can improve their call in service in the near future.
We are dealing with them for a few years now. The service is very good and quick , and also the store inside is neat and clean. We'll done Hirsch's keep it up.
Disgusting aftersales customer service and attitude from manager!!! I had purchased a new washing machine from this branch a few weeks back. When the machine was delivered I had visually inspected the machine which was half wrapped in plastic and signed for it. When personally unboxing and installing the machine, I had noticed a crack on one of the machines panels which was not visible when the machine was delivered as plastic wrapping was blocking the panel. Further to this, there were shipping bolts at the back of the machine to keep the washing machine drum in place during transit - neither the salesman nor person who delivered the machine had advised on this and that it should be removed before use. I contacted the store and advised them of the crack and that I needed to use the machine that morning. The salesperson Dean gave me the go-ahead to use the machine and that it will be replaced due to the damage reported. Upon my first use of the machine, I immediately knew that something was wrong with the machine as it had a major vibration. I contacted the store again and they had a technician come out to inspect the machine. It was concluded that the vibrations were caused due to the shipping bolts still being in place WHICH NO ONE ADVISED ME TO REMOVE. The crack on the panel was then blamed for not removing the shipping bolts. Now a manager from the store Preggy is shifting blame for me not having the driver install the machine Which the driver did not even offer. Whether the driver offered to install or not, I should have been made aware of the shipping bolts and the crack on the machine should be attended to. Preggy seems to be listening to the driver and not the customer. I had even asked him if he knows the consumer protection act and that he is contradicting everything on there, he adamantly said yes he is very much aware of it and that he will setup a meeting with the driver and myself which I find to be highly unprofessional and a waste of time as the store needs to take accountability - this meeting would take me in circles. Wake up Hirsch's!!!
They absolutely never answer their telephone lines. The entire day I've been trying to find out about my delivery scheduled for today and all my attempts were fruitless and no communication.
