Excellent service from start to finish, I had my car booked in for an MOT the details were checked on arrival and I then went away for the hour. Although, there is a comfortable seating area with a couple of chairs if you would like to stay. All the team members I spoke to were pleasant and welcoming. A big shout out to Jason whose customer service was excellent, there was a slight issue which was rectified imeadiately without any fuss. I am so pleased that I have found somewhere I feel comfortable in entering and will be taking my other car there next month.
Waste of time. Rang Saturday for a quote to replace a exhaust tailpipe on my daughters car. Took ages to answer the phone. They took all my details and said they would ring me back with a price. Had to call back Monday chasing up the quote. Nobody owned up I had called them Saturday. Took all my details again said they would ring back in ten minutes. Had to ring them back Tuesday chasing up the quote. They managed to find my details, full of apologies said the lad who should have done it was a waste of space. He would ring me back in ten minutes. I have used the HiQ depot in Ilkeston where I live for years and cannot fault the service. Having not heard from the Worcester depot I called the Ilkeston branch. They gave me a competitive quote straight away, no waiting for a call back. Booked it in with them in 2 weeks time when my daughter is next visiting. Same company 80 miles apart service level from 0 stars to 5 stars.
Popped into hi q as was having problems with windscreen wipers. Jason was extremely helpful and service was great. He had a look at problem and fixed it. Will definitely be using in future. Really impressed
I highly recommend HiQ Worcester for providing a first class honest service at a good price. With reaching over 100k miles in a '60 plate Focus, felt it was time to have the cam belt and water pump change along with air conditioner regas. The job was all done within a mornings work. Can't fault Jason and his team!
Very good service. Fortuitously they actually had the slightly unusual tyre I needed in stock, so we're able to fit it straight away. Will definitely give them a try next time I need tyres.
Car in for MOT & Full Service. They were running behind, one of days we all have! But stayed after hours to ensure both completed. Was expecting to have to rebook service! But Sion was adamant they would stay after close to complete. Made me a tea, while I waited. The little things make a big difference! Exceptional service from Sion and the team.

Popped by on the off chance as my tyre pressure light came on, asked if they could take a look and pop some air in my tyres. The service was quick and efficient and the guy that also pumped my tyres up offered more services at reasonable prices. 5* will be returning again, thank you.
Popped in the end of the day with flat tyre. Jason managed to fix it in 17 minutes! Fantastic service recommend to everyone! Great atmosphere as well.
