I must say the service from this branch Spring field is always amazing, l mean from the start once you have entered the shop you can feel that you’re welcome, staffs always make sure that they come straight to you to offer the help, and l have the same experience since 2012 when it comes from their service, my first bigger size of my tv 55 inch was bought from them and my upgraded one which 65 inch was coming from and I always choose this branch no matter what.

Did an online credit application, got provisional approval and was requested to bring my documents in for final approval. Phoned the store in the morning to confirm what I needed to bring in, had to call several times before someone answered, staff member confirmed what I had to bring in. Arrived at the store with my documents, spoke to someone at the front desk/tills, she called another staff member sitting on the other desks in the store and asked her to assist me as I have provisional approval. This staff member looked annoyed and gave some excuse to the other one that she doesn't do credit applications, after the other staff member explained to her what she needs to do, she called me to her desk, and before I could even sit down she said she can't do the application because home affairs is offline. In my view and considering the attitude of the staff member, she had no interest in assisting me. I asked if I can leave my documents and she maybe gives me a call when Home Affairs is "online" and she point blank refused and asked me to come back another day. Absolutely no effort to assist or to even show any interest in assisting. "Come back another day" is the assistance I received. Mind you I live 35km from the store, so that was a 70km trip wasted.

Absolutely pathetic service, went in store to do an Mtn TV contract and staff was baffled how to do it yet they advertise it n their excuse is we mostly do telkom or vodacom contracts, sat for 2 hours and still no success and they kept phoning for help and was following a notebook and did not know what they were doing, when we eventually told we are leaving they were readily giving back our paperwork. Worst service ever. Would never recommend buying from them or supporting them ever

I really wanted to buy a hob for my wife and wanted to have it before Christmas I went into hifi corp Springfield and met a salesman named Mahesh who assisted me unfortunately they were out of stock but Mahesh gave me his cell phone number and took my number. Kept me informed of the updates and even called me from his personal phone with notifications. He called me on the day stock did come inn and set one aside for me. I went inn and made the purchase and gave him a R200 tip wich he refused saying it was his job and he loved what he does. This is a cut above the rest and they have my full support

I had a small speaker hooked up to the TV, because TV's hardly have any speakers to start off with. And this speaker worked very well, until I accidentally blew it up. Long story... Anyhoo, I then went on a mission to find a replacement horn, and got pretty despondent very quickly with the options, help and service out there. After visiting dozens of shops, and playing hundreds of songs over crowded showroom speakers, I ended up at HiFi Corp Springfield. Let me tell you, when you speak with sound experts like the sales people here, everything just falls into place! I received expert advice, tailored to my specific situation and requirements, and ended up walking out with a pair of speakers that I am now enjoying thoroughly every single day. I should really have started my shopping with HiFi, but I'm glad I ended it there!

Once we entered the Store we got assistance from a Salestec.Competent ,friendly and very helpful. Good Prices/Value for money.Secure Parking in front of the Store Convenient.

Small store Very clever specials They have stock instore but its not the same price as online So u gotta buy online and then pay courier Not impressed sorry

Big store. Wide range of products. You can also get beds and mattresses here for some reason. Staff were okay-ish... not exactly a Hirsch's but there's good specials.

Massive store situated in Springfield park Durban....store has some very good electronic brands and has some cool deals Staff are somewhat friendly and prices are not really bad
