Excellent service. Battery packed up in my car suddenly. Requested a call out. The very next morning someone was at my door to replace my battery. Took 10 mins. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My daughter had battery trouble after business hours and we could not wait for the next day to resolve. After trying many, many places with no solution, Willard battery directed me to Durban Battery. Great service. As I got out of my car, was greeted straight away by employee and asked how he can help. Asked for a battery price, was happy. Went inside, paid and by the time I was finished, the new battery was already fitted. If I was there 5 minutes it was alot. Highly recommended for service, price and pleasant staff.

NOT VERY HELPFUL. WILL NEVER GO BACK! BATTERY LESS THAN 3 MONTHS OLD & JUST STOPPED WORKING. THEN GET TOLD I MUST MAKE A PLAN TO GET THE BATTERY THERE. A BIT IMPOSSIBLE WHEN THE CAR WON'T START.
