Me and my 2 company director are looking for a 4K TV with good refresh rates at least above 160, we request assistance from this salesperson for technical information so we can rest assured of the product we buying, but this salesperson gave us an attitude and curse us while walking away, my 2 director were so upset that we request to speak to his Manager but when we spoke to his manager it was taken lightly and probably brush it off. Our point is that we going to buy expensive product worth 15k then at least we are treated very well but we got the opposite treatment, I'm disappointed that it also happened in front of my 2 co-director. This is not how you treat a customer, however if you don't know the technical information then get someone else than give an attitude and cursing us, not going back on this store again, I attach a picture of the salesperson in this review so you can see that this event indeed happens, it happens today in the afternoon at HiFi Hemingways Mall

Not the best customer service in the world from the staff but this store has a very wide variety of electronics and appliances. You can also find a big selection of cables here to suit your needs. They also have a good sellection of laptops and laptop accessories. I would review 5 stars if the staff was a bit frendlier but it doesn't feel welcoming to enter the store. You feel like a burden, even when you want to ring up items, it feels like the staff doesn't want you there.

Went in on the 28.01 to open up a credit account in which I was told it should take approximately 2 to 3 days excluding the weekend which is understandable. Contacted the store a week later 04.02 as no feedback in which I received feedback on the 06.02 requesting updated bank statement to be emailed through, which I did only to follow up again the 08.02 to the email receivedhappened to be the branch manager as per response of acknowledged. No further action until 13.02 where I was called to find out if I had sent through an updated statement - requested to be removed off their system. Poor communication and service

Not the biggest Hi Fi Corp around but you will most likely find what you're looking for. I do like the staff here, they are helpful and willing to assist. A gentleman named Dylan was extremely professional and knowledgeable in assisting me. HI fi's, tv's, speakers, laptops, printers, cell phone contracts etc can be found here

Great customer service, friendly staff and great products

They should have a disclaimer here that buy at own risk. Took them 3weeks after booking for repairs to come back to me about microwave that stopped working within 6months. Infestation is not covered by warranty apparently. Fix it yourself
