Their store is unsafe. My mom seriously hurt herself in store when she fell over a broken conduit, no apology received and no attempts to help her. Their resolution was to take a rug and place it over the conduit. When we approached them to lodge a claim, they found it laughable. They have absolute no humanity and no empathy for others. Never buying from their store ever again.
I would like to acknowledge the excellent management of Manager Mark Duckham in organizing the replacement of my damaged gas stove. His efficiency and effectiveness in handling the situation were commendable. I truly appreciate his prompt service.
A great thank you to Violet who went out of her way to provide me with brochures about specials in the Centurion Branch and constantly followed up with me!
Your experience with Hirsch's will be as follows. The service will be ok, but if you buy an appliance, they will do their best to upsell you. Like an extended warranty or a loyalty card that costs you a fee to obtain. The salesman will put pressure on you while you're waiting to pay saying things like "don't say I didn't tell you." Why, will something go wrong? Then, they'll add you to a mailing list that has no unsubscribe function and email you regularly. You'll even email their marketing manager asking to remove you from that mailing list and he will not even bother to respond to you. You'll continue receiving their unsolicited marketing against your wishes and end up writing a review just like this that probably won't change anything anyway. You'll seemingly delete said emails as they arrive for the rest of your life or be forced to change email addresses, all the while never purchasing from Hirsch's again.

Dealt with Marshall Goliath in sales, very helpful and accommodating. 6 stars there. The branch is well stocked with prompt assistance and personal care to the customers needs. Keep up the good work
I was assisted by a gentleman named William Kwena Sekwakwa. He’s patient, kind and knows the products well. He explained the differences in the products we were looking at in different brands which helped in making a final decision. William, your service is stellar , thank you for the great service and please keep up the good work. You definitely made the decision making process seamless. Definitely coming back for more appliances.

This company provides customer service at a level not available anywhere else in Centurion. They also do price matching. Even unexpectedly installed an appliance during delivery! The go-to place for any appliance for sure.
Helpful staf and good prices. If you find a better price elsewhere, try to negotiate with proof and you might just get some discount.
