I have a mixed feelings about this place. Pros: - I found the place interesting because it brings the suburb flavour in the kasi. Plus the security was ok given the fact that Cosmo City in general has a high crime rate. Cons: Constant DStv connection and plumbing problems. The parking is terrible is like you are parked in a mall and the other guy one-day hit my car at the parking and security said they wont interfere on that. And the billing is insane they add a lot of stuff in the bill like parking, how can you pay for a parking.

The place is ok but it's over populated

those night shift security they a useless they will be slpn not opening the gate i had to go open my self mxm...they have attititude tt stinks ,they even have gats to shout at tenants

Very helpful security staff by the complex.

It's indeed a secure and beautiful place for a family

There's nothing Gardens of that place once u enter the gps looses focus n signal

Very noisy surrounding areas

One of the most safest areas in Cosmo city, best area to raise a child. It is very clean not forgetting that its well designed with children after facilities and playground. Has finger print access gate. They have one of the best maintenance team, and the care taker is very friendly and he knows his work.

Hlanganani Gardens is a nice and a safe place to stay.
