I used mooiriver bakery to cater for a tea party. Their baked goods were delicious. The cakes were moist and light, the croissants divine and the brownies too. I'll definitely use them again.
We discovered a new bakery nearby so my sis bought a few items. The Milktart was really nice. The Eclair was too sweet and scenty as its not proper fresh cream inside. Will try something different next time.

Amazing bakery with fresh items daily and at affordable prices. The sweetmeats are exceptionally good. Edit: unfortunately the store has really deteriorated as time goes by. There are barely products to purchase anymore or they are sold out. Variety has decreased which is sad. I did some last minute Diwali shopping and I was so disappointed as the ONLY eggless item they had was a pack of 6 burfees in horrible condition for R90. Being desperate at the time I had to take it for the prayer but I have not been here in months.
When this bakery first opened it was so great. You had to stop there. Now, the opposite. Just went there for cream donuts, they only had 5 and had to make the rest fresh. When I got home, the first bunch was old and stale. Unacceptable. If this is how you want to do business, you may as well close your doors
I bought a tinkle and a few treats by them today, it was dry and stale. What a waste of money and they are not cheap either. About half of the display cases were empty when i browsed through the shop.. so disappointing after seeing all the photos on Google
