I used Home Studio Pietermaritzburg to buy my grandfather a recliner chair for this birthday and the service I received was absolutely spectacular. The sales rep I dealt with, Rene, provided all the information I need quickly and efficiently. She was so sweet and kind and went above and beyond to get what we required from the store. My only cause of anxiety with making this purchase was that the Home Studio website really doesn’t have a lot of information regarding the furniture they stock. We had to request the information ourselves. However the product we received a Grafton Everest Bella recliner chair was of the highest quality and was exactly what we had wanted. And the price of the chair was exceptional given the quality received. The delivery of the product was done quickly and efficiently having arrived sooner than we had thought. Hi Guys, Please becareful when deal with these ppl. quick to take your money, cant deliver as quoted. 8 weeks later I'm waiting for a delivery promised 6 weeks as quoted and closer to the time I follow up to ensure all on track and they advise on a delay. They have no communication and useless to deal with. Several excuses and full of excuses. Please when buying ensure they communicate well with you as they didn't with me. Everytime I had to call to ensure they delivery as they committed but didn't.
