Mr Price Home Midlands Mall

We visited midlands mall @ home today and were attended to by Sbonisa.We bought a cutlery set and needed to add extra to it .He was so helpful went out of his way to help nothing was too much effort for him . Thank you Sbonisa

I enjoy shopping there bt they don't have wide variety of curtains and pillow cases

Wonderful stock and wide range of products. I have repeatedly found that the security and cashier staff seem to suffer from fatigue later in the day. This leads to feeling unwelcome on entry and one tends to be directed with irritation rather than shown where products are if you make enquiries. However it's a shop not a social club so push through and you'll discover that they have quality products and some innovative design ideas.

The shop is well located inside the mall. It is convince for everyone to easily access the shop even if you're using a wheelchair . I was just not comfortable to see worker assembling furniture inside the customer areas, I think it compromised our safety. I think that supposed to be done outside the shop, & only the completed product should be kept inside. However the shop service is rated average. It must be noted that it was my first time buying from this shop.

Spoke to ntikizo extremely helpful was looking for a curtain that was out of stock he went out of his way to phone other branches he found one at Hilton branch he asked them to keep it for me he was awesum friendly professional

Worse service ever. They have lost a sale this morning. I called to ask if I can please purchase goods and my driver will collect. They said no and the owner of the card needs to come into store. What nonsens, if they were friendly I could have sent cash. One rude employee has caused mr price home to lose a sale and a loyal customer.

Best service and can hardly notice long ques as their staff are super energetic. Great clothing for young and old. Just perfect

Customers had to wait outside for 10 minutes while staff was holding meeting during the time for the shop to open on Sunday. The security who was medding the door was also very rude when asked why the door was not opened in time.

Good quality fabrics for bedding and curtaining in wonderful styles and colours. Friendly and helpful staff who are willing to go the extra mile. Plenty of parking
