Bad, the sales person couldn't tell me the difference between Vinyl and Laminated flooring, she then called the store owner, she also couldn't answer the question. She told me the rep would phone me, still waiting. It is truly scary how some businesses still exist given the level of customer service, or they are doing so well that they just don't need any new business.

Francois and his team were very friendly, professional and efficient.
I went into the Atterbury store for information and a quote and got a price for the two options for blinds on the back of a business card. I told the sales person I would get back to her on my final choice. That same afternoon I phoned her to place the order. I was told she had to have the information on an e-mail and that she had not kept the measurements or information. I was also informed that the e-mail was not as per the business card. I sent an e-mail to the given address the same day yet several days later I had not received any further correspondence. I the tried phoning the "owner" Ettienne as per the business card and got an sms to WhatsApp as he was not available. I sent a reply sms requesting he call back. Two weeks later and yet no-one has contacted me. Top Carpets must be doing very well if they are simply not interested in a firm order for blinds. No attempt to ensure they have my contact details. No follow up on a firm "lead". If as a customer one has to beg them to place an order I would not be comfortable with actually giving them money and trusting they would actually deliver the order. Very disappointing.
Oh my. Better not like the rest of your house when getting them to install carpets. I saw an installation of them today at a family member's house. The took the doors and cut them so much shorter that there now is a large gap between the door and the carpet. The cutting was done really bad. All rough and not trimmed. They damaged various at least 4 corners while carelessly removed the doors and bumped the doors so hard against the wall that even the doors now have bumps in them. Oh my....I would recommend NOT to use them. Totally unprofessional and careless installation team.
