I would just like to say thank you so much for the lovely service. Francois, who came to give me the quote, was extremely friendly and professional. He explained all the swatches and options so nicely and responded to my emails really fast. The team who arrived today to do the install are amazing. They are friendly, helpful and extremely professional. And so polite!! You can tell they are really nice people and they answered all my questions about the installation process and we had some nice laughs about the kinds of carpets they must have taken out in their careers. Michelle, your calls to me regarding the appointment times and confirmations were really super and you were so very friendly and helpful. I am just blown away by the whole team. AND my new carpets!!! I wish you and this company much success in the future. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know.

Top Carpets Centurion helped me to revamp flooring of our townhouse which needs to be sold. I am currently living in the UK and Francois and his team helped me every step of the way and his recommendation on colour and style was spot on. Excellent and professional service. Bad, the sales person couldn't tell me the difference between Vinyl and Laminated flooring, she then called the store owner, she also couldn't answer the question. She told me the rep would phone me, still waiting. It is truly scary how some businesses still exist given the level of customer service, or they are doing so well that they just don't need any new business.

Francois and his team were very friendly, professional and efficient.
I went into the Atterbury store for information and a quote and got a price for the two options for blinds on the back of a business card. I told the sales person I would get back to her on my final choice. That same afternoon I phoned her to place the order. I was told she had to have the information on an e-mail and that she had not kept the measurements or information. I was also informed that the e-mail was not as per the business card. I sent an e-mail to the given address the same day yet several days later I had not received any further correspondence. I the tried phoning the "owner" Ettienne as per the business card and got an sms to WhatsApp as he was not available. I sent a reply sms requesting he call back. Two weeks later and yet no-one has contacted me. Top Carpets must be doing very well if they are simply not interested in a firm order for blinds. No attempt to ensure they have my contact details. No follow up on a firm "lead". If as a customer one has to beg them to place an order I would not be comfortable with actually giving them money and trusting they would actually deliver the order. Very disappointing.
