After almost 3 weeks of waiting for my order I placed online, they have still not sent it to me and are now no longer responding to me. Apparently the courier company has been trying to contact mefrom random cellphone numbers to deliver, but I never even received a notification that my order was ready and being shipped. Horrible service. Wish I read the reviews before ordering from here.

Read the reviews. The only people that have good things to say about this place, is the muslim community. All non-muslims have experienced poor service. Personally, my wife, with baby by her side, was 'hit-on' by one of the staff members. Pathetic

I love their service and their willingness to always help

They never open on time, it says 09h00 but you will wait for over 20mins before they open, completely messing up your planning for the day. 4 cars just drove off tired of waiting, I'm still waiting because I drove from far. Lack of discipline on opening time is a really issue.

Great staff and one place to get everything you want

It is a great place to get all your essential equipments and stationery. I love how the staff is friendly and willing to assist you to navigate around the shop. Prepared to pay as it is very much pricey but you will get what you deserve.

A convenient stop for gifts, stationery or even baking goodies. The most welcoming and helpful staff I have come across and they always willing to assist and make magic happen

Wish I'd read the reviews before placing an order. Placed an order on 16 March 2022. Followed up on 22 March and was assured I'd receive it either on the 23rd or 24th of March. Needed it on 24 March. Judging from the reviews, who knows if I'll get my order at all!
