Great place for All Your Gardening requirements Wonderful selection of plants and Great little Coffee spot
The range of garden supplies is impressive. Service is pretty good. I could easily go broke in this store but then I do enjoy my garden.
Grovida is the best garden shop in Durban. Very good variety of tools, accessories, garden decorations, plants, chemicals etc. Prices are good. Staff helpful. If you're stuck for something other places don't have, try Grovida.
Really love the new location. Ship is bigger nicely laid out and has a coffee shop in it as well. A good selection with something for everyone.
Secure off street parking. Accessible for disabled. Spacious, neat, wide aisles. Well stocked, large variety of brands. Staff knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Coffee snd Cake bar reasonably priced. Nursery is functional. They don't deliver anymore.
Great agricultural store, well stocked with a great deal of options and a nursery
Big in pots and accessories ,staff busy inside with their own agenda, not interested to help.ample parking wheel chair acess. But not big in variety of plants.
Friendly staff. I was assisted from start to finish. I was looking for insecticides and fungicides using active ingredients for horticulture use. Great service.
Awesome place. Lovely products. Could spend thousands there. Just no staff. Only 2 people working, including cashier.
I have shopped here frequently and never had cause for concern. But, 2 weeks ago I bought 2 hibiscus plants which I put into large pots on a Northeast facing wall so plenty of sun. Both pots were prepared in the same way with potting soil and superphosphates. The one plant has grown perfectly but the other, after a few days, just looked sick. I cut it back to no avail. I went back after 2 weeks with pictures of both the happy and unhappy plant and was essentially told "Tough luck. It's fresh produce and it's not guaranteed." Firstly it's a plant, not fresh produce. Secondly, on any occasion I've experienced a problem with fresh produce from a supermarket they have given me a refund or replacement with no issues. My wife and I have been keen gardeners for our 44 years of marriage and we know how to not kill plants. Not only was my complaint dismissed, but it was done so in a very uncaring and unsympathetic manner. The manager on duty said I should send an email if I'm not happy with her response. For R80 you were prepared to ensure a regular customer never comes back.
