The saleslady who offered to help me tuned out to be my worst nightmare- I have never experienced anything like this except the previous time I wanted to look at what they offer - I was hoping that she would no longer work there based on her bad sales technique. It is like a tsunami of information on all the laptops on view at the same time. It is just too much!! My advice is avoid this outlet, don't go near it. I even ended up with a bleeding wound on my arm.
Staff is dishonest. I called on a Friday to find out if they had a 27" Touchscreen PC, and they told me they had it. I agreed on the phone with one of their sales agents and she told me that they had the product and that they would reserve it for me... I get there the next day and they don't have the computer in store and that other branches would have it. They blamed the 'mistake' on the sales agent being a trainee... After they called and found that HP in Fourways mall had it, the manager and that lady talking to us lied and manipulated us into thinking we wouldn't get the computer if we didn't pay at their branch. We paid and went to Fourways to fetch our computer... The computer has exceeded our expectations and it is an incredible piece of technology, but the service we received at HP Cresta was shameful.
Love the tech support. Staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I have struggled with getting help after someone installed multiple antivirus in my laptop which caused slowness and glitches. This issue was resolved at HP Cresta

Though I didn't get the printer model I wanted; my money was refunded in full. Thank you for resolving this matter. May I say that Bob is an asset to your company. I would like to commend him for excellent service, courteousness, and professionalism in handling this matter. Keep up the splendid work!
Went to the store yesterday to purchase a printer. The sales person, Bob, was most helpful and attentive. When about to pay, I'm informed that the card system was down and that I had to pay cash, which I didn't want to do. I asked him to keep the machine aside and it was agreed that I would come back today to pick it up, assuming the card system would be operative. To my surprise they sold it to somebody else and don't have any more stock in ztore. How is this for service?
The plce had all what I needed from groceries, restuarant banks and clothing etc
Great service and advice on choosing a printer suitable for your specific needs, and the best prices going, better even than the usual online suspects!
